Watches and Wonders is the largest event of the year for watch enthusiasts and professionals worldwide. This year, we were also present in Geneva, where we discovered the latest innovations and exceptional timepieces. We gathered the highlights of the fair and now highlight the most remarkable watches.
A visit to the Rolex stand felt like stepping into a world where heritage and subtle innovation come together. The novelties lie in the refined details, from Oyster Perpetual models with vibrant dials to elegant Datejust versions in warm tones. To mark the 100th anniversary of the iconic Oyster Perpetual, Rolex presents special editions of the Oyster Perpetual—a tribute to the first waterproof wristwatch from 1926. These creations embody the characteristic spirit of innovation, boldness, and inventiveness that has defined the brand for a century. Timeless, yet never static.

Tudor presented itself with a bold, industrial stand that perfectly matched its “Born to Dare” mentality. The novelties focused on refining icons, with updates within the Black Bay line and innovative material choices such as full ceramic. The collection reflected a strong balance between heritage and modern performance. A standout introduction is the Black Bay 58 GMT. This new model within the Black Bay family, with a 39 mm case, is equipped with a GMT Manufacture Calibre and combines warm tones of burgundy, black, and gilt on the bezel. The design evokes an era in which traveling across time zones was synonymous with elegance and adventure.

During Watches and Wonders, it became clear at Chopard that everything revolves around refinement. From intriguing skeletonized timepieces to high jewellery creations, every detail reflects pure craftsmanship. This philosophy comes together in the L.U.C Grand Strike, the pinnacle of Chopard’s expertise in striking watches. With grande and petite sonnerie functions and a refined minute repeater, enhanced by sapphire crystal gongs and a monobloc construction, this watch delivers a sound of exceptional depth and richness.

With an impressive presence and unmistakable energy, TAG Heuer emphasized its close connection to motorsport. The Red Bull F1 car of Max Verstappen formed a powerful centerpiece and immediately set the tone: performance, speed, and innovation. Within this dynamic setting, the Monaco Evergraph stood out as a modern evolution of an icon. The characteristic square case remains, while the watch is technically elevated to a higher level. The new Calibre TH80-00, featuring an innovative mechanism that replaces friction with flexibility, delivers exceptional precision and durability. Combined with a high frequency of 5 Hz and the TH-Carbonspring oscillator, this model marks a forward-looking step within the world of chronographs.

Norqain brought a dynamic, sporty energy to Watches and Wonders with bold openworked novelties and playful presentations. A special moment was the meeting with one of their ambassadors, proudly wearing her Olympic medals—a powerful symbol of achievement and perseverance that perfectly aligns with the brand’s DNA. This spirit comes to life in the Wild ONE Skeleton Chrono. Powered by the NORQAIN Manufacture Calibre 8K, this flyback chronograph combines technical precision with a strikingly light and transparent design. Inspired by the world’s highest mountains and executed with rotating discs instead of traditional hands.

Chanel presented a refined collection in which watchmaking craftsmanship and high jewellery come together. The iconic J12 returns with updated finishes and remains the centerpiece of this world. Inspired by the elegance of racing yachts and designed to push boundaries. Sculptural creations set with diamonds translate the house’s couture signature into watches, while contrasts between black and white, matte and shine create a look that is both modern and timeless. As a symbol of adventure and innovation, the J12 embodies the Maison’s exceptional watchmaking expertise and unique aesthetic. Chanel proves once again: time is not only measured, but styled.

The world of Cartier was defined by pure elegance and refinement. The warmly designed stand and the intimate touch & try experience brought the novelties closer than ever and underscored a sense of exclusivity. From the sculptural Tressage to new interpretations of iconic models, Cartier once again showcased its unparalleled design signature. Diamond-set creations and refined bracelet watches effortlessly blurred the line between horology and high jewellery. The Santos-Dumont stands as an elegant highlight. With a flexible metal bracelet, a hardstone dial, and a mechanical manufacture movement, this model reflects the refined style and attention to detail of Alberto Santos-Dumont. A timeless design in which heritage and modern craftsmanship come together seamlessly.

At Frederique Constant, everything revolved around understated luxury and craftsmanship. The warm, refined stand seamlessly matched the collection, in which elegance takes center stage. From the renewed Classic Worldtimer to the graceful Classics Manchette models—with their subtle, vintage, and jewellery-like appeal—the brand showcased a versatile and thoughtful evolution. Watching the watchmakers at work added an extra dimension of authenticity and precision. The Classic Worldtimer Manufacture remains a cornerstone of the collection and is reinterpreted in 2026. With the new FC-719 calibre, a 72-hour power reserve, and a refined 40 mm case, the model takes on a modern and clean appearance thanks to dials without a date display.

At Jaeger-LeCoultre, the balance between technical innovation and craftsmanship took centre stage. The stand, featuring a striking ice sculpture, embodied precision and purity, where engineering and artistry come together. The Master Hybris Inventiva Gyrotourbillon à Stratosphère was an impressive highlight. With a triple-axis tourbillon and Calibre 178, offering 98% positional coverage, this watch demonstrates an exceptional level of precision and complexity, housed in an elegant 42 mm platinum case. Alongside this technical masterpiece, the Master Control collection also underscored the Maison’s dedication to timeless design and everyday wearability. Even Usher made an appearance here, a fitting presence for a Maison that continues to fascinate.
